THe long awaited 1.4 update is here. I have moved the Old World to the snapshot server @ minecraft.outdorsrealm.net:25575 and created a new world on the Main server @ minecraft.outdorsrealm.net:25565(the default port for Minecraft.

We have a collection of new updates going on. In Minecraft news, Mojang has announced a release date for release 1.3. On Wednesday, August 1st, 2012 the new version will be out. In preparation I will be taking down the Main server for a week to prepare for the 1.3 release. On the first I will be bringing up the new Main server with a new world. I will also be bringing online the new Creative server using the old Main world.
In other game news, I have added a forum to the site, mostly this if for me and a group of friends working on a new game idea, but also include areas for general and Minecraft topics. I will also be trying once again to get Mumble up and running on the server.
Lastly, I am also going to try to update the site and begin blogging more regularly. My current goal is twice a week and one more on the weekend. I am not sure what I am going to post on at this time but it will probably revolve around games, programming, and game development.
That is all I know at the moment but I will endeavor to keep the sit fresher and more interesting in the future.

The server is back up and stable with a new primary hard drive.

The Main Server has been upgraded to 1.2.5. The Test serve has been taken down temporarily.

Main Server will be down for the next 5 minutes while for update to 1.2.4

There was a power failure last night. The servers are now back up.

Server was brought offline briefly this morning and is now back up and running with the new memory installed, should increase performance. Going to try to get a mumble server installed and running in the next couple of days, will see if the system can handle that with out further upgrades.
